Returns/refunds.
Once payment is completed, no amendments can be made. Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products, with notification required within 48 hours of delivery and the item sent back within 14 days if deemed damaged or faulty. Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of purchase, entitling a full refund. After this period, refunds or returns are only authorized for personalized products if deemed faulty or damaged. Upon receipt of your product, please inspect to ensure that any defects are reported within 48 hours to be eligible for a refund within our 14 day policy. To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number and date of purchase. If you need to return an item, send us an email at returns@sent2ment.co.uk and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will process your refund within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.
We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers. However, you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Sent2ment.
