How can i clean my unit?

You can clean your unit with polish specifically acrylic, using the cotton gloves and microfibre cloth provided. Do not use household items to clean the unit as this smear/blur the product. Only use the microfibre cloth provided to prevent scratches.

How to know which size urn to purchase?

Our small, dual sided urns are suitable for ashes of someone weighing 120lbs or below. Alternatively, our large urn holds ashes of someone weighing 230lbs and below.

why will it take so long for my item to arrive?

Due to the personalisation of our products, processing time for our urns is 4-6 weeks from date of order to delivery.

Processing time for personalised keyrings/pendants is 5-7 days.

Due to our Sleeping Souls being handmade, processing time is 4 weeks.

what is a dual sided urn?

Our dual sided urns are designed to hold the ashes of your loved one weighing up to 120lbs in the top compartment, along with keepsakes/memories in the lower compartment. However, our urns are designed to be versatile.

Can the units be used outdoors?

Currently our products are only intended for indoor use; however, we are working towards an option suitable for outdoors.
